Hi!
Bliss….what a great word…not a word that I would associate with trying to get a resistant body to bend into seemingly unattainable yoga positions, but still a great word! My teacher mentioned something about a feeling of bliss while doing this practice…I can honestly say I don’t feel blissful during the practice and I know there was definitely no bliss when I first started 70 some days ago! But, I think I am getting there. Lately I have been noticing a feeling of lightness and some occasional glimpses of joy as I do my yoga practice. My intention is to focus on those brief glimpses and see if I can attract more of them. This is a practice that I use in other areas of my life and so why not here as well? Focus on what is going well, focus on the brief feelings of joy, happiness, peace, etc and you will attract more into your life! Bliss…I could focus on that! Have a great, blissful weekend everyone!
