Day 90

Filed under: 100 Day Challenge — Deb @ 4:23 pm

Wow!
10 days to go!  100 days seemed like such a long time but now there’s only 10 days left of this challenge.  Amazing how time flies!  Of course, time always flies when you are having fun or when things get easier.  Hence the beauty of a 100 day challenge – it’s challenging to start but eventually it gets easier and for me it definitely got to be more fun.  It took a while and I want to clarify that it is the yoga that I am finding fun, the flossing hasn’t quite got there yet!  Perhaps it will take another 100 days to make flossing fun!

Day 89

Filed under: 100 Day Challenge — Deb @ 9:03 pm

Hello!
I got uprooted from my yoga spot this morning but I just adapted and did it somewhere else!  Flossing was not uprooted but it still took me most of the day to get around to it!

Day 88

Filed under: 100 Day Challenge — Deb @ 8:51 pm

Hi!
Today is World Laughter Day and you can bet that I had a laugh when it started to snow.  For those of you who know I am a laughter leader, you’ll know that I would definitely be celebrating this day.  The celebration involved going to the park with other laughter leaders and anyone else who wanted to laugh and doing laughter yoga.  Well, my day got really messed up and I did end up doing laughter yoga before my regular yoga practice.  In fact, I had to squeeze it in between the park and a family barbeque (yeah, I know, the people I associate with have bad luck with planning and weather!) so it was less of a practice and more of a “do whatever it takes to get it done” kind of thing.  Interestingly, I kind of resent that now!  Several weeks ago, I wouldn’t have minded having to cut it short but now I am getting more protective of my time on the yoga mat.  Hhmm, perhaps there has been more progress!  Have a great day everyone!

Day 87

Filed under: 100 Day Challenge — Deb @ 6:47 pm

Hey there!
Well it’s Saturday and I had a conference to attend today so I did yoga first thing.  It really has been so beneficial to help me with my energy levels and my focus.  When you sit in a conference all day, it can be tiring and even hard to keep your eyes open at times!  But I had no problem, even having been up late the night before.  I can now highly recommend this practice…(I wasn’t so sure at first if you remember!).  Enjoy your weekend!

Day 86

Hello!
Flossed and yoga’d first thing this morning.  Had a very busy day and evening so I had to make sure it was taken care of before everything else started!

Day 85

Filed under: 100 Day Challenge — Deb @ 10:09 pm

Hi!
I got up this morning at 6:00 am to try and fit my yoga into my crazy day.  Normally this wouldn’t be a problem, I am a morning person and regularly get up around that time but my sleep has been shortened lately and so yoga was out of the question this time.  Yep, I went back to bed!  Don’t worry though, I did it at the end of the day instead!  I did manage to squeeze flossing in this morning though (probably because I had more sleep!).  Have a good sleep!
