Day 3
Hi!
It took me about an hour to do my new yoga routine this morning! Once I get it figured out, it will take me anywhere from 15 – 40 minutes, depending on how advanced I get with the set. That’s the key to practice – the more you do it and the more consitently you do it, the easier it gets. That’s why everyone who is taking this challenge will be successful – you just have do this one day at a time! ‘Til tommorow…
