Day 30
Hi!
I have been living with a cold this past week and I have been surprised at how doing my yoga set each morning has helped to clear my head and help me breathe a little easier. Generally if I were to get sick, I would suspend my physical activity so that I would recover faster but with this challenge I had to figure out how to balance the two. It has been quite the pleasant surprise to find out that my yoga practice has been giving me more energy and not draining it like I thought it would. Ah, the things you learn when you challenge yourself. Have a great weekend everyone and keep on challenging yourself!
