Day 49
Hi!
I am going backwards! Somehow, I seem to have become less flexible again instead of my hoped for, more flexible. I wonder if it has anything to do with my being flexible in other areas of my life…hhmmm. I think I’m pretty flexible for the most part but maybe there is an area that I need to look at like…the toilet seat doesn’t always have to be down or maybe we can skip potatoes for supper if we are having popcorn later…something to consider! I am using flexible floss and I’m flossing at a variety of different times during the day so I think that area is covered for flexibility! Well, I think I’ll experiment with this flexiblity theory and see if it has any affect on the yoga. I’ll keep you posted! Have a great day!
