Day 53
Good Day!
I have been noticing that I am waking up without the help of an alarm lately. It’s often about 15 – 20 minutes before my alarm is set to go off or if it’s a weekend, I am waking up very early in the morning even if I have been up late the night before. I am wondering if the regular yoga practice has something to do with this. Maybe my body’s way of making sure that I have the time to fit my yoga into the day before anything else happens. Hhmmm… I’ll have to keep an eye on this trend. I haven’t noticed anything similar happening in the flossing arena though. Frankly, I think I would be annoyed if I was waking up extra early just to floss! Have a great day!
